A Glimpse Ahead – What to Expect in July

The overall focus for July will be building community, demonstrating the scalability of CrossFit (it truly is for everyone), and building up overall excitement for the upcoming Games (August 1 can’t get here quickly enough). The way you’ll see these focuses incorporated will be through the use of regional and Games workouts sprinkled into this month’s programming.

There will be so many opportunities for you to retest past Games workouts this month. Check into a Cryptid CrossFit class using PushPress and log your WODs in BTWB afterward to keep track of all your hard work. I can’t wait to see all the PRs you are about to set for yourself!

How can I forget a sneak peek? One of the workouts you can expect to see is an AMRAP version of the 2015 Games Heavy DT (and because you’ll be going heavy, you can also expect this to be balanced with some high-skill gymnastics work towards the end of the month).
